Ferrox
TERMS

Terms of Trade

The following terms apply to services supplied by Ferrox and to the use of this website. They are indicative of our standard trading terms and do not replace the terms of any signed quotation or contract.

Quotations and Orders

All work is undertaken against a written quotation. Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated and are subject to confirmation of scope, materials and finishes.

Orders are accepted subject to these terms, which prevail over any conflicting terms in a purchase order or other document.

Colour and Finish Variation

Colours shown on this website, in manufacturer colour ranges, and in sample swatches are indicative only. Final colour and finish must be confirmed against a production-line prepared swatch before approval.

Natural materials such as brass, copper and stainless steel vary between batches, and patinated or aged finishes are inherently organic in character. Exact replication of a sample may not be possible.

Warranties

Product warranties are those offered by the coating manufacturer (for example Dulux or Interpon) and are subject to the manufacturer's terms, conditions and exclusions, including specification compliance and corrosivity category.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, imagery and design, is the property of Ferrox and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Ferrox is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or reliance on information published on it, including product descriptions and technical data.

Technical information is provided in good faith and should be confirmed against the current manufacturer datasheet for any project.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
